As a notice to all our valued RTP Apparel customers. Due to COVID-19 UPS is NO LONGER GUARANTEEING any expedited shipments.
This means that if you order 2nd Day Air and pay for 2nd Day Air UPS is not guaranteeing that you will receive the shipment within 2 days. This applies to ALL forms of shipping.
Because of this, RTP Apparel will not guarantee that shipping selected (i.e. 2nd Day Air). RTP Apparel will do our best to ensure that orders placed before 3:00 pm EST will ship out the same day. HOWEVER, any of those orders that utilize expedited shipping is BEYOND RTP Apparel's control.
Thus, if UPS delays these shipments, RTP Apparel is NOT RESPONSIBLE for refunding any money paid.
We appreciate our customers and realize that COVID is creating havoc in many companies. Please plan accordingly and expect delays in shipments.
