The 1690 HEAVYweight is RTP Apparel's newest addition to the DTG Ready To Print product line and once again an industry first!
The 1690 is a 200gsm fully pretreated T-Shirt designed for great printability on thicker fabric. The 1690 includes a tear away tag making this shirt the perfect DTG private labeling as well!

PROCEDURE: Just heat press 10-20 seconds at your ink cure temp prior to printing to remove ALL moisture prior to printing.
NOTE: RTP apparel tees are packed in bagged quantities of 6 (six). We encourage you to purchase in quantities of 6 (six) if possible to keep any inventoried tees in an optimal state of use.

These are now my favorite! Love the thickness, love how it’s tighter around the neck. The 1600s were great but the neck tended to stretch out more easily compared to these. Will be ordering more of these soon! Hopefully more colors??

Love these shirts! I am relatively new to the DTG game. I have a Viper Mini pre-treater and it works well but I was looking for anything to streamline the process. Enter RTP Apparel. Again, I love working with these shirts. My customers rave about the soft feel.

The shirts were the perfect Kelly green and were easy to print on. The shirts turned out great.
I do DTG and have struggled finding a red shirt that wont bleed through my white ink - no matter how well I can prep it myself. The two main schools I print for are red and white - so it became an issue! I FINALLY found the best way to print on a red shirt, and that is through RTP. My whites are crisp white and NEVER bleed through. Very happy!!
