Why waste an entire shirt just doing a test print? Traditional screen printing pellons are a cellulose or non-woven fabric which is NOT ideal for DTG printing. So, we made pellons that fit most pallets (they're 20"x24" so they can either be hooped or tucked into the platen) and are made from ACTUAL t-shirt material.
This makes for a better representation as to HOW your printer is performing and show you HOW the print actually will look! Don't waste a good T-shirt to do a test print - save time and money with our DTG RTP Pellons. These are for making sure your prints will look the way you expect them to look and your printer is firing all nozzles correctly. Works with ALL DTG printers except for Kornit! I do DTG and have struggled finding a red shirt that wont bleed through my white ink - no matter how well I can prep it myself. The two main schools I print for are red and white - so it became an issue! I FINALLY found the best way to print on a red shirt, and that is through RTP. My whites are crisp white and NEVER bleed through. Very happy!!

There is no way I'm printing DTG on Athletic Grey without your shirts! They print well and last, other Athletic grey stains and spots unpredictably .
